Who can use this voucher?

Vouches are meant for only for new participants.


What can I do if I already bought the voucher and I'm not new?

You could give it to a friend. 


What do I need to do to start using my voucher?

Register online here, the registration form will ask you for your voucher code, please make sure to type it in.


 

Do I need to book online before going to class?

Yes, because of the limited space we need you to book online to guarantee your spot.

 

Bookings cancellation

Cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to class without losing credit.

 

How do I book online?

  1. Click on “Login” at the top of the website page
  2. Login with your email and the password that was sent to your email address when you registered.
  3. Click on “Bookings” on the top blue line
  4. Click on “select a class”
  5. Select the dates that you would like to book
  6. Click “Book It!”

 

How do I find the schedules and times?

Click on “Classes” at the top of the website.

 

Which days can I attend classes with my voucher?

Valid for the Saturday and Sunday as classes.

 

What do I need to bring to class?

Bring a picture piece of ID with your name on it and a printed copy of your voucher only the first time you come.

 

How will MeneaZão track the use of the voucher?

MeneaZão will be at the entrance of each class checking- in everyone. You will be able to see how many classes you have left by logging in to your account through the website and clicking on purchased classes or bookings.

 

Can I change my login password?

Yes, please follow these steps:

  1. Login in the website with your current email and password that was sent to you by email
  2. Click on “My Profile” in the blue stripe
  3. Scroll down until you see “Change Password”
  4. Enter new password
  5. Click Done

 

I’m trying to log-in but I get the message “Error this user doesn’t exist”

Most likely it’s because you are not entering the correct the password that was sent you in the email, password is case sensitive.

 

 

My voucher code does not work, it says "invalid"?

I registered in the website but I never received the email with a password!

Check your Junk or Spam folder it should be there.

 

Can I share my voucher with another person?

No, it makes impossible for us to track the use of the voucher.

 

Can I cancel a class after I have booked?

Yes, you have up to 48hr prior the date to cancel a class that you have booked.


What happens if I miss a class?

You will lose the credit for the class you booked.
